Positive things about winter?

Yesterday, I attended a yoga workshop called "Yoga for the Winter Blues." I thought it might be a nice way to lift my spirits during this wickedly cold, dark season.

During the first part of the class, the instructor asked us to take a minute to think of five things we enjoy about winter that we don't get to do in the summer.

All I could think of was getting to drink hot chocolate. Later, I thought of eating minty things.


Is it spring, yet?
