Sunday Sketches: Oh Me, Oh My


My Sunday Sketch this week doesn't look as good in the picture because my scanner isn't working so I took a photo and, well, it's just not the same.

Anyway, I saw the NOAA image of the size of the tsunami waves after the massive earthquake last week in Japan. The image is just overwhelmingly surreal.

  2. WOW, I just came back to my studio after watching the 60 minutes show tonight on the tsunami...it's UNBELIEVABLE the devastation that the country of Japan has suffered. Not only an earthquake, but tsunami and now the nuclear reactor threat. Thank you for sharing the impact scale of the waves. horrifying. You've captured it so well in your sketch, too.
